Thursday - Read Article Ancient Greece Do 1-5 questions and 2 extended responses (check together in class) View Ancient Greece Powerpoint (students should take notes)
Friday - Journal - What does Christmas mean to you? (three to five sentences), work on Ancient Greece Crossword (watch Home Alone Movie - enjoy candy cane from Mr. Hudson)

Friday - Record details of Egyptian Mummification in notebook, watch video - What The Ancients Knew: The Egyptians (discovery education.com), 12 sentence fact sheet due at the end of the video (homework grade)

Thursday - Study for first 5-7 minutes for Ancient Man Test, Take Ancient Man Test (25 minutes)
Homework - Summary and Article due for Friday (Topic - Event outside of United States is worth extra credit)

Tuesday - Read Newspaper for 5 to 7 minutes.  Write in your journal three things you learned from reading the newspaper. take notes on  Early Man Powerpoint
Wednesday - five minutes - Students should study for their Eastern Hemisphere Political Region Map Test.  Finish - Early Man Powerpoint,  Homework - Ancient Man- Vocabulary (We will work on this together in class on Monday, November 19 for students who do not get it finished)
