Wednesday - Summary and Article - Daily Press - Journal Entry, Jeopardy - Ancient China - two class teams (moderator - Mr. Hudson)
Thursday - Work on handout on  Qin and Han Dynasties - discuss, students will copy terms and concepts they will need to know for Ancient China Test * Ancient China Test - Friday
Friday - Ancient China Test - 20 questions, Chinese Crossword - work on for fun

Wednesday - Post Assessment - take 40 questions test (data director), check Society and Culture in Ancient China - worksheet
Thursday - journal - write about Chinese Dynasties (Shang, Zhou, Han) six to 8 sentences required, China Jeopardy - two teams in class will compete against each other
Friday - Good Friday - no school

Wednesday - Work on letter to Emperor about construction of the Great Wall of China ( must include three benefits and three costs and an opinion) Present Thursday
Thursday - Focus - prepare to present Great Wall of China Letters (15 point assignment), video - Past to Present - the silk, the Great Wall , and changes in government - discovery education.com (16 minutes)
Friday - Daily Press - Journal Entry 6 to 8 sentences - local, state, or international article, Asia Expansion - Treasure and Travel - 12 fact sentence sheet due at end of period
